Scheduled database maintenance
Planned upgrade to improve scheduler performance. Office was read-only for 25 minutes overnight; the Field app continued capturing offline and synced once the window closed. No data loss.
14:10–14:38 BST
Delayed push notifications
A third-party push provider degraded, delaying clash and snag alerts by up to several minutes. In-app data was always current. We failed over to a backup channel and notifications returned to normal.
09:02–09:14 BST
Slower photo uploads
Elevated latency on media storage caused BEFORE/AFTER photos to upload slowly for some sites. Captures were safely queued on-device throughout. Resolved by scaling the storage tier.
